At AfterBell, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Every order is carefully processed and shipped with tracking information so you can follow your purchase from us to your doorstep.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

In some cases, processing times may take longer, up to 5 business days, due to factors such as high order volume, holidays, inventory availability, or other unforeseen delays.

Shipping Time

After processing, orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.

While most orders arrive within this timeframe, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. In these situations, delivery times may extend up to 10 business days.

Shipping Cost

We currently offer free tracked shipping on all AfterBell orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

AfterBell is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. If your package appears delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
